Attentive Care is a well-established, privately owned and operated home health care company, seeking a Registered Nurse for a supervisory position. This position will manage cases in client homes throughout the Capital Region. PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN HOMECARE IS A PLUS, BUT NOT REQUIRED!!! Qualified candidates will be an RN with at least one year of recent experience. Seeking someone with HHAeXchange experience preferred.

 

Responsibilities will primarily be to conduct home visits or telehealth visits to our clients for the purposes of assessments, quality control, case management, care plan development, and employee supervision. Occasional On-call shifts required and compensated additionally. Seeking a team player with a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, good problem-solving skills, and strong written and verbal communications. Field Staff Supervisor

Attentive Care is a well-established, privately owned and operated home healthcare company servicing the Capital District, Saratoga and Long Island regions. We are seeking a Field Staff Supervisor to join our team! This is a full-time opportunity, hours are 8:30 - 4:30 Monday-Friday.
Job duties will include, but not be limited to:

• managing field employee schedules and caseload

• handling employee supervision including required disciplinary actions

• providing compliance coordination assistance

• ensuring continued quality of care and customer service

• affiliated administrative and clerical tasks as required

Qualified candidates will be polished, professional and pleasant, with an excellent phone demeanor and communication skills. Must be a highly organized multi-tasker. Knowledge of MS Office products, including Access, is preferred. Knowledge of HHA eXchange is a plus. Prior experience in the home healthcare industry is required.

Accounting Specialist:

EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY!
Attentive Care is a well-established, privately owned and operated, licensed home healthcare agency. We have been servicing Long Island, Capital District and surrounding areas for over 40 years,

 

 and are seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our team! This is a full-time opportunity in our Colonie office, however working remotely at times.

Duties include but are not limited to: 

Financial record keeping and reporting; maintenance of General Ledger through DacEasy; interaction with funding sources; cash management; and assistance with the preparation of budgets. Monthly and annual financial statements, cost reports, consolidations, and fiscal year-end audit preparation processes. Other relevant experience includes ADP payroll processing and Excel spreadsheets and graphing. 

 

An Associate's Degree in Accounting and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience is required; a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related is preferred. Managed Care and Medicaid accounting, billing and cost reporting experience a plus. The ideal candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills; organizational skills and computer skills, experience with HHAeXchange desired.
