CONSUMER DIRECT HOME CARE SERVICES

Attentive Care is an experienced leader in providing home health care and has many avenues of providing such services. Including participating in the New York State Consumer Direct Personal Assistant Program. 


CDPAP, is a Medicaid program that provides services to elderly or disabled individuals so that they can remain living at home. This program allows certain family members, excluding spouses and legal guardians, to be hired and paid as the personal care provider.

All Personal Assistant's health records are in compliance with all State regulations and maintained within their personnel record.
